About the Job:

As a Travel Radiology Technologist with Uniti Med, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals and imaging centers. You will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, such as CT scanners, to produce high-quality diagnostic images. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate imaging equipment, such as CT scanners, to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients during imaging procedures to ensure their safety and comfort
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of imaging protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Radiology Technologist (RT) or CT Technologist (CT)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a radiology or imaging setting
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
