- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Communication: Collaborate with other departments and professionals to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in nursing; Master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
