Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at The Boldt Company. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including cost reports and general ledger entries.
  • Internal Controls: Develop and document internal control procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to management on financial matters.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods, operate a computer and other office equipment, and occasionally move up to 15 pounds.
Working Conditions

The working conditions of this position require the employee to work inside an office environment. The environment for which this position functions may contain scents and fragrances. May be requested to work overtime and weekends.
