Community Hospital is seeking a skilled Traveling Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on patient assessment.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Effectively delegate patient care to ancillary personnel.
- May precept student nurses and new hires.
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
- Bachelors Degree in nursing (or its equivalent).
- Current unrestricted licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum Experience: Two (2) years.
- Night Shift - 12 hours per shift, 3 shifts a week.
- Rotating on call for low census shifts with permanent staff.
