Job Summary:

The Automotive Service Advisor is a key member of our team at Toyota of Greensburg, a leading dealership in the automotive industry. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive consistent, timely, and accurate service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and receive vehicle information, scheduling the next service appointment after the appointment.
  • Clearly explain repair order information to customers and take in their requests for specific services.
  • Estimate time and cost for repairs, considering the customer's schedule.
  • Maintain high standards in handling customer complaints.
  • Ensure maintenance of all files required to meet and/or exceed government and factory requirements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years of business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technical experience preferred.
  • Superior customer interaction skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Aptitude for learning and delivering technical information.
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
  • Ability to multi-task and apply new information to daily tasks.
  • Adhere to compliance standards.
  • All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, drug tests, and a valid driver's license.
