Job Overview

Baggett Heating & Cooling is seeking a dedicated full-time HVAC Technician to effectively diagnose and resolve issues with residential heating and air conditioning systems. This position is primarily focused on delivering exceptional service in the Clarksville, TN region.

The HVAC Technician will typically work Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotating holiday and on-call responsibilities. We offer a competitive hourly wage starting at $23, which may vary based on experience and performance. Additionally, there are opportunities for increased earnings through lead generation and the sale of optional products and services.

In addition to a competitive salary and a supportive work environment, we provide our technicians with the following benefits:

After 90 days of employment, we also offer prorated sick/personal time of up to 5 days per calendar year.

Requirements for the HVAC Technician

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in servicing residential HVAC systems
  • EPA Certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to work from heights or in confined spaces and in various weather conditions
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
