Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Medical Surgical/Tele nurse. This is a travel nursing opportunity that offers a chance to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Medical Surgical/Tele unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgical nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a surgical unit.
  • Experience with Med Surg / Telemetry nursing preferred.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
