Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ENT physician to join our team at Mon Health Medical Center. As an Otolaryngology Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with our clinical team, and contributing to the overall mission of Mon Health.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical and surgical care for patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in Otolaryngology.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited medical school.
  • Board eligible in Otolaryngology, with board certification preferred.
  • Experience in a group practice or hospital setting, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
  • Current unrestricted West Virginia licensure and DEA certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Work Schedule and Location
