About the Job:
- We are seeking a Senior Vice President to lead our Global Supply Chain Finance (SCF) initiatives, collaborating closely with the Global Heads of SCF and Receivables Finance.
- You will have in-depth knowledge of our SCF product catalog, including receivables purchase programs, mass receivables, and third-party SCF platforms.
- As a key player, you will originate and execute SCF opportunities, attending client meetings alongside industry experts and bankers.
- You will receive and manage Request for Proposals (RFPs), assist in presenting proposals to necessary committees, and review and negotiate legal documentation with Legal CIB.
- Additionally, you will contribute to the innovation and development of new solutions for our Working Capital products, leading the request for approval of new SCF and RF products or improvements in existing ones.
- You will also collaborate with the GTB Monitoring team in developing procedures for follow-up and monitoring of Structured Receivables Finance operations.
- Lastly, you will measure, monitor, and analyze income from products generated by clients and geography using management tools.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and sales experience (10+ years) of SCF & Receivables Finance products.
- Expertise in receivables securitizations, capital, and accounting will be highly valued.
- High analytical and problem-solving skills, time management, and effective presentation skills.
- Ability to interact with multiple nationalities, teams, and environments, coordinate teams in different time zones, and negotiate in complex situations.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with high business level in English and Spanish (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $250,000, based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
