**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the Project Manager with all aspects of engineering projects, ensuring quality standards are met and mentoring lower-level staff as needed.
  • Develop and provide oversight for the preparation of scopes, budgets, and schedules for specific tasks of overall projects, supervise staff to complete their assigned tasks, and identify project staffing requirements.
  • Design development, review, and management of assignments, including highway engineering horizontal and vertical geometry designs, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, and storm sewer and stormwater management design.
  • Check deliverables for technical completeness and compliance with engineering principles, company standards, client contract requirements, and related specifications.

**Requirements:**

  • 8 years of post-baccalaureate, progressively responsible experience in Civil Engineering.
  • Bachelor's or better in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer license and driver's license.
