At Blue Collar Coffee Co., we pride ourselves on serving exceptional espresso and artisanal coffee beverages crafted from premium beans sourced from Ruby Coffee Roasters in Wisconsin. Our diverse menu features not only coffee but also tea and smoothies, all within a warm and inviting atmosphere that caters to hardworking individuals.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, organization, training, and leadership required to meet established goals in sales, cost management, employee retention, guest satisfaction, food quality, and cleanliness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in scheduling, payroll management, inventory control, and other assigned managerial tasks.
  • Achieve operational goals related to sales, service quality, facility appearance, and sanitation through effective employee training and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to cash handling and reconciliation procedures to maintain financial integrity.
  • Step in as needed to uphold guest service standards and ensure smooth operations.
  • Continuously develop staff in managerial and professional skills.
  • Prepare necessary documentation, including forms, reports, and schedules, in an organized and timely manner.
  • Manage labor scheduling based on anticipated business activity while meeting staffing and labor cost objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A strong sense of professionalism.
  • Experience in service and food and beverage operations, typically with at least 1 year in front-of-house roles or assistant management.
  • Proficient basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
  • A valid Food Manager Certification.
  • The ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch regularly.
  • The capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

U.S. Work Authorization is required.
