Campus Advantage is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a critical role in achieving the property's revenue goals by maximizing occupancy and rental rates.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Leasing Manager to maintain daily knowledge of current leasing, occupancy, and availability.
- Follow Campus Advantage's Leasing and Marketing guidelines for greeting prospects and residents, responding to internet and phone inquiries, conducting property tours, following up with prospects, and facilitating application and lease completion.
- Execute the property's marketing plan and adjust marketing strategies as needed to achieve traffic and closing goals.
- Maintain accurate lease file paperwork in accordance with company policy and ensure completion of regular lease audits.
- Ensure the accuracy of reporting related to leasing and marketing.
- Be a product and market expert, knowing the unique selling features of the community and being proficient in market trends.
- Conduct regular inspections of model units to ensure they are in pristine condition and address any uncleanliness or disorder promptly.
- Assist with the completion of weekly market surveys and participate in Residence Life Functions.
- Possess excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
- Demonstrate above-average verbal and written communication skills.
- Strive to deliver the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction at all times.
