Position Overview:

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and move cases weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours during a shift.
  • Previous experience as a Line Operator is preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, particularly as a machine operator, is advantageous.
  • Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and supply raw materials to the production line.
  • Verify Batch Codes.
  • Work across various line positions, including triggers, packing, stacking, wrapping, and inserting finished products into cartons.
  • Conduct visual inspections of all products during production.
  • Assist with changeovers, setups, and quality control audits on an hourly basis.
  • Promptly report any issues to the Line Operator or Supervisor.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Engage in lean principles and participate in relevant initiatives.
