We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to provide high-quality patient care to our residents. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on delivering personalized care to each resident.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
- Current Washington RN License
- Experience in geriatrics, physical and rehabilitation medicine, pulmonology, or wound care
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and overnights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
