Be the Heart of Our Cafe

We're looking for a skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Baker, you'll be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries daily, maintaining high standards for flavor and quality, and performing various tasks to ensure our cafe runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake a variety of breads and pastries using 100% real ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and health standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
