Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Meat Department Associate to prepare and display meat items for sale. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Display Meat Items: Ensure that all meat items are properly prepared, displayed, and rotated to meet customer needs and company standards.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations on meat products.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Store Environment: Keep the sales floor, backrooms, coolers, and equipment clean and well-organized.
  • Work Safely: Follow company and Health Department policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Willingness to Work Weekends and Holidays: Be available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Possess good written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to accurately handle cash, operate a register, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Willingness to work collaboratively with others and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
