We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Barista to join our Food and Beverage team at Sand Mountain Park & Amphitheater. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating an electronic cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized concession area.

• Assist customers with outstanding customer service and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine, accurately handling cash and credit transactions
• Perform basic mathematical computations and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift
• Communicate effectively with the public in a tactful, polite, and friendly manner
• Clean and maintain the concession area, including tables, counters, and equipment
• Prepare and serve food items, including coffees, pastries, and deli sandwiches
• Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas
• Alert management to any suspicious activity or incidents

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Prior experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer is preferred
• Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
• One year of customer service experience with the public is preferred

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. waist high
• Will be required to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to enter information on computers
• Must comply with safety and health code standards
• Good personal hygiene is required

• Current Food Handlers Card
• CPR/First Aid Certified
• 1-2+ years of experience in a food service environment
• ServSafe certification is preferred
