Job Description:
Ladgov Corporation seeks a skilled Christian Faith Leader to provide spiritual guidance and support to our program participants. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their lives.

About the Role:
- Develop and deliver high-quality spiritual programs that cater to diverse religious backgrounds.
- Collaborate with the Chaplain Program Manager and other staff to enhance program effectiveness and participant outcomes.
- Attend regular meetings to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:
- Five years of experience in a correctional setting or as a clergy person within the faith community.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
