Position Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and evaluating candidates for various roles within client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client organizations to understand job requirements and desired qualifications.
  • Analyze market data to maintain knowledge of competitive salaries and candidate availability.
  • Utilize various resources to identify and select suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Screen candidates and facilitate the interview process, connecting qualified individuals with hiring managers.
  • Verify candidate references and credentials to ensure accuracy of information.
  • Guide candidates through the interview and hiring processes.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and networking events.
  • Follow up with clients post-interview to gather feedback and assess placement success.
  • Coordinate logistics for candidate interviews and meetings as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity regulations and related laws.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Assist with administrative tasks within the health benefits department as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in conducting interviews.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of EEO, ADA, and related employment laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:
  • A minimum of three years of experience managing the recruitment and hiring process is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.
