As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences for our valued customers. Your warm smile and top-notch service will set the stage for our guests' experiences, and you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will cherish long after their stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage and acknowledge all guests in a friendly and outgoing manner
* Provide the ultimate guest service to guests and see to the needs of preferred players
* Make reservations for our preferred players at restaurants, hotels, and for transportation
* Follow department and company policies, procedures, internal controls, and government regulations in the performance of job duties
* Utilize our computer system to input information and navigate through our systems
* Provide a high level of service when interacting with guests using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety

Ideal Candidate:

* Takes pride in their work
* Performs well under pressure
* Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression
* Has over 1 year of customer service experience
* Is comfortable navigating programs on the computer
