Key Responsibilities
">">As a Service Technician at The Rockridge Group, you will be responsible for:
">">Providing onsite support to customers, including connection issues, break-fix replacement, proactive and reactive maintenance, and inventory management
">">Troubleshooting and repairing Apple and HP computer hardware according to internal and manufacturer guidelines
">">Imaging, pre-configuring, data migrating, and installing software on Windows and OSX systems
">">Managing logistics processes, including receiving, handling, and sorting products received from customers and hardware vendors
">">Supporting deployment, troubleshooting, and receipt of mobility devices including iPhone, iPad, and Mifi equipment
">">Collaborating with management to develop service quality assurance processes and procedures
">">Utilizing Customer Relationship Management tools to track progress and manage assets
">">Maintaining accurate records and reports, including status updates and any other relevant information
">">Working independently and reporting progress to supervising managers
">">Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to improve service delivery
">">We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
