Compensation:
Attractive base salary ranging from $210,000 to $220,000, based on experience.
Primary Duties:
- Deliver comprehensive pediatric healthcare to patients in an outpatient environment.
- Assess, treat, and oversee a diverse array of pediatric health issues.
- Perform physical examinations, administer immunizations, and provide preventive healthcare.
- Establish strong connections with patients and their families, offering support and guidance.
- Maintain precise and current medical documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
Requirements:
- Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligibility (BE) in Pediatrics is preferred.
- Alternatively, Board Certification (BC) in Family Medicine with a substantial pediatric background and interest.
- A valid medical license in the state of AL.
- A strong dedication to the health and well-being of pediatric patients.
Flexibility to adjust to patient volume demands, with an average of 20 patients per day, and the readiness to accommodate more when necessary.
