We are seeking a skilled Tire Service Technician to join our team at Allen Tire. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and maintaining tires, while providing exceptional customer service.

This position offers a competitive salary of $20-$25 per hour, with opportunities for additional compensation and incentives. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, and maintain tires on various vehicle types.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns and providing solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience as a tire service technician.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
  • ASE certification in relevant areas or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
