Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to server administration tasks, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Enforce robust change management and compliance processes to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Design and maintain NHRC's internal SharePoint site, leveraging expertise in custom code, workflows, and MS Power Apps.
  • Monitor and assist in carrying out server maintenance functions, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Develop and implement SharePoint custom code, workflows, and MS Power Apps to enhance data management and workflow efficiency.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation related to help desk and database tasks, facilitating effective issue resolution.
  • Install, configure, and maintain SQL database instances and objects, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for NHRC applications, queries, and databases, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Capture user requirements for systems/solutions development and deployment, developing functional specifications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
  • Work closely with users to understand business process workflows, identify pain-points and inefficiencies, and proactively propose solutions and tools, as well as conduct pilots and develop prototypes.
  • Migrate legacy applications to modern standards, adhering to NHRC data standards and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Clearance: Minimum SECRET clearance
  • Education: Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science is preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including storing procedures, synonyms, indexing, and performance tuning, as well as Microsoft Access database migration, and experience with.NET, C++, C#, F#, Visual Basic and Python
