About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation. As a key member of our Home and Community Program, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
  • Regularly reassess treatment plans, attend staffing meetings, and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and implement discharge plans, providing education and resources to support patients' transition to home and community settings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and ensure effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injuries preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
