Drumline Club Director

The Drumline Club Director position is an on-site role that requires attending training at the Woodcraft Rangers main office and school sites.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging and enriching activities for club participants.
- Plan and execute program activities according to program goals and monthly themes.
- Recruit and maintain program participants from the school community.
- Ensure students are in a safe environment at all times.
- Build positive relationships with youth, parents, and school staff.
- Maintain and submit daily student attendance rosters.
- Submit lesson plans for program activities in advance.
- Develop and implement end-of-session performances or displays.
- Participate in staff development training as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Experience working in expanded learning programs or youth recreational facilities.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED; prior experience working with groups of K-12 students preferred.
- Ability to work well with young children and/or youth.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy and willingness to learn.
- Valid LIVE Scan, TB Clearance, and CPR Certification.
- Proof of vaccination for all employees providing in-person work with staff or clients.
- Negative COVID-19 test result before the first date of employment.
