Oncology Program Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Weiss Infusion Center, supervising staff, and coordinating efforts between various departments.
**Job Summary:**
The Oncology Program Lead will serve as a key member of the hospital's oncology team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing with an oncology background
- 1-3 years of experience as a resource nurse, charge nurse, or nurse administrator
- Registered Nurse license in Illinois
- Demonstrated clinical experience and proficiency in computer skills
- OCN certification and effective problem-solving skills

West Suburban Medical Center offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
