  • Establish work schedules and procedures to coordinate activities of workers.
  • Monitor site Key Performance Indication (KPI) and work with customers to improve operations.
  • Meet with team members regularly to track progress, coach, and counsel.
  • Cultivate team spirit and promote cooperation through Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Perform performance evaluations and recommend performance awards and merit increases.
  • Address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary process.
  • Understand labor agreements and maintain positive labor relations.
  • Implement health and safety initiatives and adhere to company rules and policies.
Requirements:
  • H.S. diploma/GED required.
  • One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
  • 0 to One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
