Responsibilities- Greet and Acknowledge Customers: Greet each customer as they enter the store and acknowledge their presence.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Be available to assist customers and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Cashiering Responsibility: Ring up customers with friendliness and efficiency, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Ensure Store Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all front-end areas, including the sales floor and checkout lanes.
- Promote Good Earth Loyalty Program: Promote our loyalty program to customers at each transaction and encourage them to join.
- Gain Product Knowledge: Gain product knowledge and use it to help better assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Stand for Long Periods: Stand for long periods of time and complete tasks that require repetitive lifting, bending, and standing.
- Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties throughout the store as assigned or needed to support the team.
- Availability: Part-time, Monday - Friday availability and ability to work any time on Saturdays.
- Compensation: Hourly, DOE.
