Salary and Benefits

Job Description

The successful candidate will work within the Technical Support Services team to deploy and support products effectively, in a timely and collaborative manner. This will involve using their broad support and Healthcare IT expertise to lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service as perceived by our customers.

The role will require close collaboration with the team and with Services Leaders, Project Managers, Product Managers, Product Development and Sales teams to deliver outstanding service to our customers to improve patient care.

The Implementation Engineer will also be responsible for conducting technology, architecture, stakeholder assessments using common methodologies and processes, working closely with Solution Architects and Product Management.

This is a remote position located in the USA, and we offer on-the-job training and a respectful, friendly work environment in a growing company.
