Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Airport Shuttle Coordinator to join our team at The Parking Spot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of shuttles between our parking facilities and airport terminals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the dispatch of shuttles to meet service levels and ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Provide accurate information to guests regarding parking facilities and airport terminals.
  • Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in dispatch, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic math and computer skills are essential.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in the English language.
