A leading manufacturer of material handling equipment seeks an experienced sales leader to join their team in Winston, GA.

This senior-level position offers a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on sales expertise, driving growth and revenue expansion through innovative sales approaches.

About the Role

As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, leveraging your expertise in automation, machinery, and material handling industries.

Your primary focus will be on optimizing our existing 100% inbound sales strategy, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a sales strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Analyze market data and competitor activity to inform sales decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in material handling solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a technical field, engineering, mathematics, or a related field (desired).
  • At least 10 years of experience in a technical sales capacity.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of the material handling industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
