ABA Therapist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team at Granite State ABA Services, LLC. As a key member of our clinical team, you will work closely with licensed BCBA's to provide high-quality ABA services to families and children with Autism and behavioral disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA treatment plans created by supervising BCBA's using established behavioral interventions.
• Work with lead BCBA's to develop and implement behavioral support plans in home, school, and community settings.
• Facilitate parent training on ABA interventions.
• Collect daily data for each client session and document all clinical activities.
• Attend monthly staff team meetings and mandatory training.

Requirements:

• Prefer BA in Psychology, special education, or related field, or two years related undergraduate/Associates Degree.
• Must have own reliable transportation and full coverage auto insurance.
• Must have strong oral and written language skills, organized and timely, professional boundaries with families, and ability to multi-task and work independently in fast-paced environment.
