Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on our manufacturing equipment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electro-mechanical systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and industrial controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Safety First: Ensure a safe working environment by following established safety protocols and procedures.
  2. Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
  3. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions in equipment and systems, using precision measuring and testing instruments.
  4. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of equipment, parts, and supplies, and order replacements as needed.
  5. Communication: Collaborate with production workers and other team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
  6. Reporting: Complete work orders and log detailed information into our maintenance management system.
Requirements:
  • Education: Two-year technical degree in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of industrial experience, with a strong background in electro-mechanical systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and industrial controls.
  • Skills: Practical problem-solving abilities, prioritization, communication, and project scheduling skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds with assistance.
