About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Engineering Manager to lead our e-commerce team in Katy, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our main website and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of five UI Engineers in the development of our website and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure website functionality and usability
  • Work closely with project managers and back-end developers to ensure timely and quality delivery
  • Develop and implement best practices for UI engineering, including keyboard coding and validation
  • Participate in bi-weekly calls to validate monthly releases
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field
  • 10+ years of experience in UI Engineering, Web Development, or similar
  • 3+ years of experience leading development teams
  • Working experience with HTML5, CSS, JS, and bootstrap methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior retail industry experience
  • Experience utilizing Monetate or similar personalization engines
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000-$160,000 annually, depending on experience. This role requires on-site work in Katy, TX, 5 days a week.
