We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lodge property and equipment.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience, with a strong ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to respond to maintenance requests, communicate effectively with team members, and maintain a safe working environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of lodge property and equipment
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate daily with Front Desk and Housekeeping team members to address immediate needs
  • Maintain a safe working environment for guests and staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous maintenance experience (preferable)
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • 21 years of age or older
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • A self-motivated attitude and exceptional guest service skills
