Avera Medical Group Liver Disease Sioux Falls is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Hepatology Clinic team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care and coordination of clinical aspects of hepatology patient care. Your expertise will be invaluable in assessing, triaging, and providing nursing consultation, health education, and follow-up care to patients with liver cirrhosis, fatty liver disease, hepatitis C, and liver cancer. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide professional nursing care to patients with liver disease
* Coordinate clinical aspects of hepatology patient care
* Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

**Requirements:**

* Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program
* Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure
* Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
