About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong ability to multitask. They must also be proficient in using computer systems and have a professional appearance and manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional guest experiences by greeting guests warmly and sincerely, making eye contact, and smiling.
  2. Function as the first point of contact for customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Be knowledgeable about all promotions, general area information, and hotel amenities to assist patrons.
  4. Assist Marketing & Entertainment teams with special events and promotional activities.
  5. Perform tasks related to guest registration, check-out, and cash handling applications.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities and efforts.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deal patiently with difficult situations and remain courteous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $15.00 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
