As an Aircraft Structures Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various aircraft types, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and maintenance on both narrow and wide-body aircraft.
  • Utilize technical manuals and service bulletins to guide repair and replacement processes.
  • Perform disassembly, cleaning, adjustment, and reassembly of aircraft components using specialized tools and equipment.
  • Repair and replace structural components, including wings and fuselage, as well as functional elements like rigging and hydraulic systems.
  • Document all maintenance activities accurately in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate and address wear or defects in aircraft and engine parts.
  • Maintain electrical systems and accessories to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Engage in various aircraft servicing tasks, including cleaning and lubrication.

Equipment Utilized:

Familiarity with aircraft ground support equipment, hand tools, and testing devices is essential.

Work Environment:

Work will primarily take place in a maintenance hangar and on the flightline.

Compensation:

Hourly pay ranges from $30 to $45, commensurate with experience.

Schedule:

Flexible work hours are required, with shifts available during the day and evening.

Employment Type:

This position is offered on a contract-to-hire basis.
