The Branch Compensation team is tasked with ensuring the precise and timely disbursement of all components related to Financial Advisor Compensation, including commissions, bonuses, and various incentive programs. This dynamic and intricate environment requires each associate to manage numerous critical processes throughout the month. A comprehensive understanding of the implications of Financial Advisor Compensation, along with the ability to strategize, organize, and prioritize tasks, is essential for success in this role.

- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of all aspects of Financial Advisor Compensation and the execution of Profit and Loss statements.
- Deliver exceptional service to branch teams, service areas, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure robust controls are established and functioning effectively.
- Prepare monthly journal entries and reconcile GL accounts to guarantee that all compensation-related expenses are accurately represented in the Firm's Financial Statements.
- Foster relationships and collaborate with departmental stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow across teams, departments, and divisions.
- Comprehend the upstream and downstream effects of decisions made to refine processes, address exceptions, and evaluate production issues.
- Identify and implement enhancements to existing processes.
- Work alongside our product team to define requirements for initiatives and conduct user acceptance testing.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Ability to identify and analyze accounting business processes and control issues, investigate root causes, propose solutions, and assist in implementing those solutions.
