Retail Shift Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Shift Lead to join our team at KARM Stores. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for assisting the Retail Management team in ensuring the accuracy and security of all transactions, maintaining customer service standards, and providing a pleasant shopping experience for each customer.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in register transactions, including handling of cash and credit card payments, to ensure accuracy and security.
- Work with the Retail Management team to establish and maintain customer service standards, aligning with the company mission statement.
- Assist in stocking store shelves and clothing racks to provide customers with maximum shopping opportunities.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities with the Retail Manager and Assistant Retail Manager, especially when the Manager is not on shift.
- Live out the company's Mission to Reveal, Tell & Provide, and carry out the Core Values of being Trustworthy, Team-Minded, and Teachable.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a strong command of the English language.
- Commitment to KARM Stores' mission and mission statement.
- Computer skills, including general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.
- Ability to interpret and follow instructions and goals provided in written or oral form.
- Ability to stand for up to 100% of a standard work day.
- Ability to lift and bend up to 75% of a standard work day.
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical activity, including lifting at least 50 pounds.
The hourly wage for this position begins at $11 to $16, based on experience. KARM Stores offers a range of benefits, including employee discounts, performance-based increases, referral bonuses, and career growth opportunities.
