- Administrative Tasks: Perform regular administrative tasks, including new hire paperwork, payroll actions, inventory ordering, and register and safe audits.
- Customer Service: Investigate, resolve, and respond to guest complaints, and ensure proper execution of all accounting functions.
- Marketing and Sales: Assist the General Manager with planning and implementation of local store marketing activities to promote products and services.
- Education: Associate's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Ability to adapt to business needs, solve problems quickly and efficiently, prioritize multiple tasks, and exercise sound judgment.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in a restaurant environment, with career progression and verifiable results.
- Language Skills: Ability to comfortably speak, write, and comprehend English in a business setting.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including Excel.
The work environment is a temperature-controlled restaurant with a low to moderate noise level. The employee will be required to sit, talk, or hear regularly, and use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms frequently.
