**Role Responsibilities**

As a Bag Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating bag machines and supporting equipment to convert HDPE film into bags. Your tasks will include:
* Reading and verifying production orders.
* Understanding printing job specifications.
* Setting up the bag line by loading film and adjusting for size.
* Mounting cylinders and adjusting pressure, tension, and ink distribution.
* Troubleshooting stoppages and equipment breakdowns.
* Conducting quality checks on produced materials and maintaining related documentation.
* Completing daily production reports.
* Keeping a clean and safe work environment.

**Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you should possess:
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Eligibility to work in the United States.
* Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
* Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, both day and night.
* Willingness to work overtime as needed.
* Commitment to completing required training courses as determined by management.
* Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
* A dedication to safety and a desire for continuous learning and development.
