Job Overview

Trescal Inc. is a leading provider of calibration, repair, and asset services. We are seeking an experienced Calibration Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform calibrations on high-level test and measurement instrumentation.
  • Utilize troubleshooting, repair, and calibration expertise to work on unique equipment.
  • Collaborate with customers to determine needs related to traceability, standards, and test procedures.
  • Ensure timely and acceptable maintenance of laboratory equipment.
  • Manage workload distribution for technicians when the Laboratory Manager is unavailable.
  • Conduct daily inspections of incoming equipment to verify accessories, manuals, and equipment status.
Requirements
  • Military calibration training and work experience (PMEL or TMDE) or an associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience calibrating test and measurement equipment in a commercial or military calibration laboratory.
  • Experience in calibrating multiple disciplines of test and measurement equipment, including electrical/electronics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize workload.
