Requirements:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Show high motivation, energy, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to install parts, including shock absorbers and exhaust systems.
  • AASE certifications or technical school degree are beneficial but not necessary.
  • Experience in auto service or recent completion of automotive tech/trade school is required.
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Familiarity with shop equipment, such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment systems, diagnostic tools, A/C equipment, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in work ethic.
  • Automotive technical training (dependent on store needs).
