We are expanding our hardscape and landscape crews and are currently seeking skilled individuals to join our team. As a Hardscape General Laborer, you will be responsible for various outdoor construction tasks, including hardscape installations, plantings, material installations, equipment operation, and general landscape maintenance.

• Perform various outdoor construction tasks, including hardscape installations and plantings
• Operate equipment and maintain a safe working environment
• Assist with material installations and general landscape maintenance
• Work well in a team environment and positively influence crew members
• Meet productivity and quality standards

• General construction knowledge and experience
• Ability to read prints and follow instructions
• Knowledge of best practice policies for safety and efficiency
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in all weather conditions
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, squatting, and lifting heavy objects
• Valid drivers license, chauffeur's license, or CDL
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor

• Competitive hourly wage: $18 to $25 based on experience
