Job Title: PA Sanitation l- 3rd Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation Technician to join our team at Herbruck Poultry Ranch. As a Sanitation Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our processing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow all company HACCP rules and GMPs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Disassemble, sanitize, and reassemble equipment parts to maintain optimal performance.
  • Operate power washers and air compressors to clean equipment and facilities.
  • Wet and scrub equipment to remove dirt and debris.
  • Follow assigned cleaning and sanitizing checklists to ensure thoroughness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • No prior experience with swine, birds, or cattle is required.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
  • Ability to stoop, bend, climb, and lift at least 25 pounds continuously.
  • Periodic lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Safety:

Follow all company safety rules, including proper PPE, LOTO authorization, and ladder safety training.
