At Connecticut Institute For Communities Inc., we are seeking a full-time Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with mental and behavioral health disorders, including substance abuse disorders in an out-patient community health setting.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pediatric/adolescent psychiatry, with experience in crisis intervention, brief assessments, individual and group psychotherapy, and substance abuse treatment. Previous supervision experience is also preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive fringe benefits package including health care coverage and retirement program, paid time off, paid holidays, and much more.

In addition, as a federally qualified healthcare center (FQHC), this position is eligible to apply for a Loan Repayment Program through HRSA (Health Resources and Service Administration), and the STAR loan forgiveness program that offers loan forgiveness for Substance use Disorder professionals.
