We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our manufacturing equipment.

• Evaluate and optimize preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Develop and maintain job plans for assets, including proactive and reactive maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure availability and adjust stock levels as needed.
• Analyze equipment failure data to identify trends and recommend improvements to maintenance plans.
• Integrate condition monitoring data into turnaround planning to optimize maintenance schedules.
• Assist in reliability analysis for equipment modifications and propose performance improvements.
• Analyze machinery failure data to enhance reliability and performance.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
• Knowledge of reliability engineering and maintenance practices.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Effective time management and project coordination abilities.
