Personal Shopper

As a Personal Shopper at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members by assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues and concerns. You will also be responsible for maintaining the safety of our facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for fulfilling member orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, and ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices.

• Provide exceptional customer service to members by assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues and concerns.
• Maintain the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Fulfill member orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, and ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
